I am Alberta born and raised, with strong roots in Calgary and Three Hills and have lived in Red Deer for over 25 years. I began my career as an human resources professional but was always drawn to real estate. While my children were young I decided to obtain my mortgage broker’s license so that I could move into a more entrepreneurial work environment while having the freedom to be home with my children.

My husband and I have owned rental properties in the past and are entering into new real estate investing ventures as we approach our retirement years and I always enjoy discussions about real estate and especially private lending and creative deal structures.
