This personal information will be used for the registry as well as for mortgage purposes once you move forward with the application process. The Place To Mortgage will keep your personal information private and confidential. The Place To Mortgage does not sell or give any personal information to third parties that may try to solicit you. The Place To Mortgage does not charge a fee for the down payment registry services that are provided by them through their website. However, there is a fee charged through Paypal for administering the funds, this is 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction. After entering into this agreement The Place To Mortgage anticipates that you will move forward with them as your personal mortgage advisors. The Place To Mortgage will administer the down payment registry however the funds will never be under ownership by The Place to Mortgage. In the event you do not end up purchasing a home 100% of the funds will go back to you.* *
